Started from lorong 18 - start at foot of pelindung hill at 6.37pm slow jog. Was following a thin chinese lady who jog non stop throughout the elevation while I was literally trying to pace my breath n legs. Usually will jog up till the junction but today push through to the top n feel like vomiting!.. reach the top at 7pm sharp - descend took 9 mins -- another 10 mins to reach home at 7.19pm.
